CITY VIEWS

Easy living in an open contemporary home !!

A great neighborhood with views of downtown Fort Collins, yet an outdated home that was an ice-box during the winter and an oven during the summer creates the perfect candidate for a teardown and rebuild

Expansive soils necessitated a drilled foundation and structural floor system.

A must was to keep the fish pond and cherry & tobacco trees while at the same time nestling into the site a new contemporary home and new landscaping. To compliment the new home there is an outdoor kitchen and pergola for entertaining outdoors year-round. If the weather is a bit inclement for dining outside, a heated covered floating deck is just the ticket for friends and family.

Locally sourced wood siding from Gypsum Colorado and stone veneer via the Laporte Quarry cuts down on embedded energy in the build process.

White oak flooring and white oak window sills complement the maple island countertop and other solod surface details throughout the home.

Time for appetizers and wine, the wine room can seat up to 8 guests to enjoy the latest release of new wine from the vineyard.

Comfortable and inviting …… shouldn’t every home be this way?
