OLD TOWN CLASSIC
Old Town charm
We built this Old Town Fort Collins infill home on a lot previously occupied by a home we dismantled that the homeowners had been using as a rental. The classic Craftsman style of the new home gives it Old Town charm with modern amenities while blending perfectly with the original homes in the neighborhood. To keep some of the history of the previous home alive, we salvaged the stones from the original foundation and built them into a landscape wall.
The bright, high-end finishes in this home really bring the interior to life. We used maple floors, solid-surface countertops, and classic trim work and detailing on the stairway to the second floor. Sliding barn doors in several different locations throughout the home add rustic charm and accent the Craftsman styling while the freestanding tub in the master bath provides a little spa-like elegance.
