MOUNTAIN VIEWS
A slice of the mountain from the confines of your home
Nestled on two majestic acres in the Boxelder Heights neighborhood east of Fort Collins rests beside an agricultural covenant and offers stunning views of both the Front Range and Long’s Peak. What a way to retire.
Featuring in-floor radiant heating over beautiful maple hardwood floors and cooling via mini-splits, this home is the perfect summer home or winter retreat. Windsor metal clad windows and door are punctuated by hickory 8′ doors custom made by the homeowner.
Modern cabinetry by Milarc Cabinets give the kitchen a refined look while still providing form and function. The center island comfortably seats six and provides ample room and breathtaking views.
The deck off the master bedroom is the perfect starting or end point for the day. Looking out across the endless fields of the neighborhood or enjoying a moonlit night with a glass of wine.

We had never built a home before but decided we wanted to do that once! We are so grateful we chose Barry Schram and Lamar Valley Craftsman to help us through that experience! Barry was so easy to work with and really had our best in mind. He worked diligently with us during the design and budgeting process, helping us to come up with a design that we both loved and could also afford to build. Barry was extremely reliable through the process. He never ‘let go’ but stayed with us to the end and has even kept in touch afterward. We are very satisfied with the quality of Barry’s work. The results show and we are very happy with our new home! We would definitely recommend Lamar Valley Craftsman to anyone looking to build a new home – and actually, already have!
