Designed to be a net zero all-electric home with 14kw PV and no gas with in-floor radiant heating and cooling powered by a 4-well geothermal system. Internorm triple pane windows are from Austria and are Energy Star and Indoor Air+ certified.

The exterior is maintenance-free, with Petersen Tegl brick from Denmark, an American Fiber Cement cladding system, and a standing seam metal roof.

Induction cooking, polished concrete floors at the lower level, cabinets by Vonmod and Milarc Cabinetry, and board-formed concrete private walls at patios.
