Coming Home to Old Town

The clients designated the 1898 home as a historical property in 1995.

The clients designated the 1898 home as a historical property in 1995 while they lived in the home and were starting their family. The have maintained it as a rental property for the past number of years and now it is time to update it to the 21st century as they are turning the property into their permanent retirement home. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, insulation and all finishes & features will be new while keeping the historical details; windows, trim, stairs, etc.

The home to receive a full depth foundation that will support it for the next 100 years and beyond.
Foundation stones to be repurposed for landscaping details.
The original windows to be refurbished including new storm windows to help with energy and comfort.
See in progress photos of the home suspended on piles while a new foundation is dug and poured.
